Due to road closures, heavy traffic, and police-controlled zones on New Year’s Eve in Istanbul, pick-up services operate under special conditions.
Hotel pick-up is guaranteed, but delays can occur.
Because of the New Year’s Eve crowd, there may be up to 30 minutes of delay, which is completely normal for this night.
Standard pick-up time: 19:00 – 19:30
Our team will pick you up within this time window.
Please be ready in the lobby to ensure a smooth departure.
Some areas may still have restricted vehicle access:
Hotels located near the coastline or in high-traffic zones may require a short walk to reach the vehicle.
